XUMM works with all issued tokens on the XRPL. As far as I know, XDC is a native token of another blockchain project, and XUMM is XRP Ledger only. If there's a trustworthy issuer of non XRPL tokens on the XRPL (gateways) they will work in XUMM. To include them into the shortlist, we need to verify and trust the issuer.
