Simultaneously stagger multiple escrows over an identified amount of time

If a user wants to escrow 100 XRP over 10 months time, the user would need to go through the tedious process of setting all the parameters of each escrow. The below suggestion, if impleenmted, can execute all these escrows quickly.
I would like to suggest the feature of being able to stagger escrows by users these parameters:
1) The amount to escrow.
2) The date of the last escrow.
3) The frequency of escrows from today's date until the last escrow (eg. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, yearly).
Example: I would like to take a stash of [ 1) 1,000 XRP ] and release it from today 2022/05/24 until [ 2) 2024/05/24 ] and for it to be incrementally released [ 3) on a weekly basis].
It can then compute the total amount of reserve and other details of the transactions.
It seems that the app would still require an authorization for each escrow, but having 25 authorizations lined up is better than having to tediously enter all parameters and then to authorize.
Thanks for all the work XRPL-Labs!!

Great suggestion. I will have a look at implementing it into the existing "Escrow Creator" xApp? π

Daniel does this still seem feasible?

That's a nice idea for an xApp indeed :) I agree with Wo Jake. Our vision is that Xumm, the main app, needs to be as simple and low feature high security as possible. If something is to be used often by many users, it needs to be in the native core. Other features can then be extended with xApps, by us or (rather even) by 3rd party ecosystem develoeprs.

I think this would be more appropriate for a xApp rather than implementing this on an app-level. Very cool idea, I'd use it, +1.
